Resolutions
Well, we're a week into the New Year. I know a lot of people say they're going to eat better, work out more and lose weight. I don't really make resolutions, but I do want to continue to eat healthy and take good care of my body by not eating dairy, no sodas, and definitely try and stay far away from fast food.
So tell me if you guys make resolutions and how you're doing on them so far.

My resolution is to be more of a hippie – eat fresh and locally produced food as much as possible, walk or bike instead of drive, support local businesses instead of national corporations with my purchasing decisions, spend more of my time enjoying music and art, stop listening to negative people, and maybe even throw in a little bit of free love from time to time.

I’m going to play all the NES and Super Nintendo games I couldn’t afford when I was a kid with my PC and an emulator system for free. I’m really gonna grab 1990 by the balls this time.

My resolution is to begin waking up earlier in the morning…like normal people.
I mainly just want to say that i am very happy for you to be getting the opportunity to play the way you are made to play and are succeeding well beyond what im sure what most peoples expectations are.
Wish you were still a blazer, and im sorry that you got shafted here. Hopefully it doesnt keep happening to the really good players that come to Portland that dont fit with Nate’s offense.

Bro Channing, I think you can take the Suns to the finals against the Celtics. I’m pulling for the Suns. Keep shooting the 3, and when they come out to guard you, do a killer crossover and take it to the hoop.

I resolve to collect more trading cards. I’ve been trying to find one of you for anytime between 2005 – 09, but so far only found your face on a bunch of milk cartons. But, I think it would be more valuable for me to recycle those, than keep them.

I recently moved to the Phoenix area and would like to get more involved in volunteering in the area. I hope others can do the same as well.
It is always a pleasure to watch you play for the Suns. We are lucky to have you in Arizona and I can speak from our entire family that we love your sweet shots and competitive drive on the court. Keep it up — you make us all proud!

Resolutions… You talked about continuing to eat healthy/clean, do you eat organic? I like to care of my body as well, and have lifted and ate clean for many years. The next level for me is focusing on organics. Not only are they better for your body, but its difficult to put into words the negative affect (what is now) traditional mass-farming has on the ecosystem and on our food. So if you’re interested it taking challenges from strangers, that is mine to you.
If you’re looking for something to read, try The Omnivores Dilemma or watch Food Inc. They’re perception changing!
On a side note, I ended up with you on fantasy team this year and have since become quite a fan! Go Suns. Anyone who balls with a Canadian is a friend of mine!

Hey Channing,
We miss you up here in Rip City. Just imagine how much playing time you would have gotten up here had you stayed. I know it would be nothing like it is down here. You get more money and all that but it still would be nice to have you up in PORTLAND! Have fun mate.
