  1. Gotta love the pirates picture – anytime pirates parade through a city, stumble into a bar in full pirate garb, then hop back into their fire truck/pirate ship without PDX’ers even batting an eye? Pure KPW.

  2. Who is that Mickey guy??? I saw him on the max to the Wizards game just walking down the street and smiling.

  3. The LAST phote by Oliver is AWESOME! Greg fits in with US Oregonians perfectly!

  4. best post yet. i actually laughed out loud. a legit LOL if you will.

my favorite by far is the dude with the trumpet. he looks so content. i love this town!

  5. I really needed a good laugh and this is the BEST! I’ve come back to the site just to make sure I saw, what I saw..

  6. Great game last night!

  7. I agree with DJ

  8. You did have a great game last night, Channing! It’s sad that Joel’s hurt but I’m glad to see you getting a chance to shine with the starters.

One of the weirdest things I’ve ever seen here was a trivia night between people dressed as Vikings and Aliens at McFaddens’ in Old Town. I went there with some friends for happy hour and the place was full of these strange cats all dressed up in Viking and Alien garb. I wish I had gotten a photo, but the memory is still seared in my brain…KPW indeed. :)

  9. Way to sneak the “keep Portland weird” in to that interview tonight. That was classic.
